1. Scope of Services
The services offered through this website—including intuitive readings, soul rewilding coaching, trauma-informed art workshops, creative circles, blog content, podcasts, and digital resources—are educational, inspirational, and creative in nature.
They are not occupational therapy or any other licensed healthcare service.
-
Soul Rewilding Coaching focuses on personal growth, creative expression, ancestral reconnection, and intuitive development. It does not involve diagnosing, treating, or managing medical or mental health conditions.
-
Intuitive Readings are spiritual/creative guidance sessions intended for personal insight and self-reflection, not clinical advice.
-
Trauma-Informed Art Workshops and Creative Circles are community-based experiences supporting creative expression and emotional exploration, not psychotherapy or therapeutic intervention.
If you are seeking licensed healthcare or therapy services, please consult a qualified provider in your jurisdiction.
2. Separation from Clinical Practice
Josephine Patricia Jarvis is also a licensed occupational therapist (OTR/L) in the State of Washington, USA. All offerings provided through this website and under Evolved Living Collective are completely separate from her clinical occupational therapy practice.
-
Current or former occupational therapy clients may not engage in coaching, readings, workshops, or other offerings through this website.
-
If you are or have been a clinical client, please communicate only through the official clinical channels provided during your course of care.
This boundary ensures ethical compliance with state licensure laws, professional standards, and confidentiality obligations.
3. Mandated Reporting
As a licensed healthcare professional, Josephine is a mandated reporter.
If during any session you disclose information suggesting abuse, neglect, or imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, she is legally and ethically obligated to report this information to the appropriate authorities to ensure safety and protection.
4. No Crisis or Emergency Support
These offerings are not designed for crisis intervention or emergency mental health needs.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) in the U.S., or contact your local emergency services or mental health helpline.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
While these services are offered with care and integrity, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on your participation. All content and services are provided “as is” and without warranties.
