🌿 My Journey: I grew up navigating life with undiagnosed ADHD and a nonverbal learning disability, passing through 16 schools over 23+ years of formal education. Those experiences etched into my bones how institutional systems can silence creativity and disconnect us from our authentic voice. After earning both my master’s and doctorate in occupational therapy, I spent over a decade working in healthcare, education, and social services—helping people with diverse abilities move through barriers those same systems created. What I discovered is this: true healing doesn’t happen inside rigid frameworks. It happens when we reclaim our agency, honor our ancestral wisdom, and create spaces where authenticity, intuition, and creative expression can flourish. Today, through my work as a Soul Rewilding Coach and host of the Rewilding the Mythic Self podcast, I guide visionary misfits, sensitive cycle-breakers, and intuitive leaders in unraveling institutional conditioning and reclaiming the mythic, creative truths within them.
🌀 My Training: My approach integrates diverse modalities rooted in creative liberation and ancestral reconnection. I hold certifications in: Trauma-Informed Art Facilitation (A Window Between Worlds), Embodied Social Justice, High Priestess Tarot School, ICF-accredited coaching (Mindset Coach Academy & Insight Coaching Community), I’m also currently completing my Empath Coach Certification, continually evolving my practice to support deep creative and collective healing. This work is separate from my clinical OT practice and offers complementary, non-clinical pathways to wellbeing through creative expression, intuitive guidance, and community care.
🌺 My Approach: I believe creativity isn’t just a hobby—it’s a birthright and a vital healing practice that has been systematically suppressed by institutional conditioning. Through the Evolved Living Collective, I help creative misfits, empaths, and neurodivergent visionaries reclaim their voice and expression through a blend of: Ancestral wisdom Trauma-informed practices Supportive, non-hierarchical community spaces Whether through intuitive readings, trauma-informed art workshops, or soul rewilding coaching, my work helps you dismantle internalized judgment, reconnect with your intuitive gifts, and move from survival-based performance into soul-led visibility, sovereignty, and creative freedom.
